Here’s what it looks like when we team up.

step one: research & intel gathering

  • I break down your offer to find what makes it truly valuable. The promise, the transformation, the selling point. Then I shape the way we position it to create clarity and desire.

  • I dig into what your audience is really thinking: their hopes, hesitations, fears, and emotional triggers. From reviews to Reddit threads, I mine real language and map the top motivators behind decisions, so your copy reflects what they feel, not just what you sell.

  • I map out your audience’s values, beliefs, behaviours, and cultural references, so your brand sounds familiar, not forced. This helps your copy connect with who they are, not just what they buy.

  • I scan your space to find what everyone else is saying, and where your brand can say something better. This helps you stand out, not blend in.

  • I look at what’s trending, what’s tired, and what’s shaping your audience’s world. This ensures your copy feels modern, human, and culturally fluent, not stuck in last year’s tone.

step two: build your brand voice

  • Who are you when you speak? We’ll define your brand’s personality and tone, your values, vibe, and emotional role, so your voice feels human, distinct, and consistent everywhere. This gives you a clear foundation to write from, not guess from.

  • What’s the point, and how do we get to it fast? I organise your core ideas into a clear structure: big promise, key benefits, proof, and belief shifts. It gives your copy a persuasive flow that captures attention and guides the reader to act.

  • How do your words actually behave on the page? I define your brand’s writing style, from sentence rhythm and structure to vocabulary, formatting, and humour. It’s the detail that makes your copy sound distinctive, not copy-paste.

  • How does your voice adapt across contexts? I shape how your tone shifts between platforms and formats, bold on a billboard, calm in a help doc, without losing its personality.

step three: write the words

  • I write the big stuff you need — homepages, sales pages, emails, ads, product blurbs — with a clear voice and a clear goal: to connect and convert.

  • I run each draft through four filters:

    If it doesn’t flow, feel, and sell like it should, it’s not final.
